Whether you need a different lumen output or a different mount, we are here to ensure your night rides are perfectly illuminated.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all batteries, mounts, and charging cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
